AU Skills Academy launches 'AU Musings'

A period of reflection with young minds

AU Skills Academy was launched as a CSR initiative of AU Small Finance Bank anchored by AU Foundation, to train rural youth in the region of Rajasthan. Ambuja Foundation’s SEDI acts as the implementing partner in training youth at AU Skills Academy, Jaipur.

Now in its 3rd year, an annual event called AU Musings was launched as a club of alumni to share reflections and support youth undergoing training at the skill training centre. This event aims to strengthen the academy’s role to providing skill training to India’s young workforce and make them job-ready.

In celebration of the 3rd anniversary and the first session of 2021, AU Musings had the honor to welcome Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, MD & CEO of AU Small Finance Bank. He interacted with over 1000 young aspirants virtually and a few in person trainees and alumni and highlighted the importance of improving skills, handling stress and breaking the vicious cycle of limiting oneself. “Competition is not a bad thing, lack of skills is one,” he said.

AU Skills Academy works towards enabling young individuals to improve their skills and bridge their connect with sustainable livelihood. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Ashish Gautam, Lead CSR, AU Small Finance Bank.
