SAVE THE DATE: Mumbai Water Forum - 14th December

As India edges closer to several serious water deadlines, corporate community, NGOs and governments are working diligently to help curb the national problem by increasing their investment in community water projects.

In an effort to raise awareness of the need for community water investment, and to share expertise and insights from leaders across the country, Ambuja Foundation is hosting the 'Mumbai Water Forum' on December 14th—bringing together key stakeholders in water.

"We hope to bring the issue of rural water to the fore, so that more collaboration can be forged on this important issue to better manage this precious resource," says Ambuja Foundation CEO, Pearl Tiwari.

"Over extraction and inefficient water use in the agricultural and domestic sectors are key issues impacting ground water levels which have reached alarmingly low levels," she said.

"We need to act now, prioritize this issue and turn things around for water in our country," said Pearl.
