Established in 1993, Ambuja Foundation has had one ambitious goal - tackling rural poverty! We take families and communities on a transformational journey, from a life of poverty to one of prosperity. And whilst the problem is vast, we know we can make a big impact - thanks to the support of our partners. From humble beginnings we have evolved as an NGO in India and today conduct CSR Implementation for many corporate partners. By working together, rural India can thrive, once more. We work with:

  • Setup base in Kodinar – 15 Villages

  • Initial focus on Water
  • Women were collectivized into Women Self Help Groups

  • Research & Data Management monitoring system customized

  • Expanded to 74 districts of 15 states of India

  • Water: Created 66.50mcm water storage capacity
  • Agriculture: Working with 2.75 lakh farmers
  • Skill: 1,25,000 rural youth trained
  • Health: Expanded NCD interventions in Cancer care and mental health
  • Education: Focus on Reading and Sports Promotion
  • Women: 19,000 Women in income generation activities
