Ambuja Foundation facilitated Farmer Producer Company from Bathinda, Punjab was awarded the Best FPO Award of the region during the State Credit Seminar 2023-24 in Chandigarh recently. At the same event, Ambuja Foundation facilitated SHG Guru Tegh Bahadur was also awarded the Best SHG Award.

Ambuja Foundation was felicitated as a Development Catalyst at the Livelihoods India Summit organized by Access Development Services - recognising its work over the last almost 30 years in empowering economically marginalised communities.

There were celebrations at the Ambuja Foundation West Bengal office when the results of the Social Leadership Award came in, with Ambuja Foundation being honored for its work in Sankrail and Farakka. The award ceremony was facilitated by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industries (BCC&I) who scrutinized over 48 corporates and NGOs for their work in CSR.

Ambuja Foundation Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh recently won the award for Best CSR in the Health Category at the Impactful CSR Award of Metropolis Healthcare Heroes of India Awards 2022.

Ambuja Foundation has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work in the Non- Profits & Charity Organization. Ambuja Foundation has proved to rank high in the High-Trust and High-Performance Culture which has made it seamless to bag this certification.

Celebrated yearly, Ambuja Foundation took part in World Environment Day by organising events with varied stakeholders to create awareness about the environment, conservation and health. This year, Ambuja Foundation contributed to the global theme #OnlyOneEarth with locations organising a variety of activities.

Ambuja Foundation organized a virtual event on 'Water Stewardship & Sustainable Environment' on 8th June 2022, coinciding with World Environment Day. Keynote Speakers and panellists included experts from the water and sustainability industry who shared their experiences and best practices on rainwater management with a special focus on water in rural areas.

On occasion of World Yoga Day celebrated on 21st June 2022, Ambuja Foundation conducted Yoga sessions at various locations involving a variety of community stakeholders - including community members, village leaders, SEDI trainees and their parents, school students and staff, ASHA and Anganwadi workers, SHG members and Sakhis.

Setting an example of self-reliance, good infrastructure and scenic surroundings, Ambuja Foundation’s adopted core village - Mangi in Chandrapur, Maharashtra - was awarded the R.R Aba Patil Smart Village Award at the district level. Being Open Defecation Free, having a well maintained drainage system, safe drinking water supply, quality road network, 100% vaccination of community members and a widespread ban on plastic, scored brownie points for Mangi to be declared ‘Smart.’

Setting the exemplary standards, Ambuja Foundation bagged the ICC Social Impact Award for the fourth time in a row. At the Social Impact Awards 2022 ceremony in Kolkata Ambuja Foundation was celebrated with 3 major awards for its contribution to women empowerment, water resource management and rural heath.
