The joint venture aims to train 1100 youth and equip them with essential skills in the next three years.

Aiming to empower underserved youth in Uttar Pradesh, Ambuja Foundation and Kanohar Electricals Limited have partnered to establish a new Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Institute in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh. The three-year programme aims to train more than 1,000 rural youth with employment-oriented skills, preparing them for sustainable livelihoods.

SBI Funds Managment (SBIFM) partners with Ambuja Foundation to establish new skill training centres in Gandhinagar and Sanand in Guajrat, and Una in Himachal Pradesh. The new course is designed to prepare individuals for in-demand careers in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. On the other hand it also provides an opportunity for graduates in the region who are unable to secure jobs due to the challenging terrain. Graduates in Science, IT, Commerce or Arts (With Mathematics and basic IT knowledge) can enroll for this six-month training program.

Touseef Ahmad is no ordinary trainer at Ambuja Foundation’s SEDI. An ambitious risk taker, he has helped facilitate the international placement of almost 30 students in jobs in Gulf countries, in the highly sought after trade of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC).

Aiming to bridge the skill gap among rural youth using modern learning systems, Ambuja Foundation has joined hands with Skill Development Network (SDN) to jointly use Wadhwani Operation Foundation’s curricula as an additional support to the existing curriculum for its assessments and soft skill training at its Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Institutes (SEDI) pan India. Under the joint endeavor, a new online ‘Learning Management System’ developed by Wadhwani Operation Foundation will be introduced as an additional support to offer a hybrid learning methodology that can foster relevant soft and vocational skills and assessment experience among young aspirants - providing them with a strong edge in the employment market.

There’s a new SEDI in Kota, Rajasthan! Renowned as the education hub city of Rajasthan, Kota is famous for preparing students for various engineering and medical entrance exams of national and state level.

AU Foundation, the CSR arm of AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB), India’s largest SFB has partnered with Ambuja Foundation to launch ‘Future Skill Academy’ that will impart relevant IT skills among youth in Rajasthan. The new curriculum is a part of AU Ignite, the flagship programme of AU Foundation on skill development to empower marginalised youth of the state. Graduates (or 3rd year students) from Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM) background can enrol for this this 90-day training programme.
